Our old open rack always looked chaotic, even when the shoes were lined up. Hiding them behind the flip fronts made a surprisingly big difference, and the chrome handles add just enough shine.

All six everyday pairs fit, and the top now holds my keys instead of a heap of post.

Everything was packed securely and the raised door panels arrived unmarked. The cabinet is a bit more formal looking than I pictured, but it has grown on me.

A Proper Hallway Upgrade

Bought this for my sister after hearing her complain about shoes by the front door for months. The black one suited her hallway nicely. She filled the three compartments straight away and put a little tray for keys on top. Everything suddenly looked much calmer. She messaged me again the next morning to say how pleased she was. Rather smug about my gift choice now, to be fair.

Looks better than it works

The grey looked much darker than on my screen, and one drawer keeps catching, so I am disappointed.

MY HALLWAY CAN BREATHE

Ordered on impulse and now the narrow spot beside our settee has a proper purpose.

The top is a little narrower than I pictured, but it still takes our key tray nicely.

The clean front caught my eye when I was only browsing, so yes, impulse purchase. It makes entrance look much more organised and white colour is close to photo.

My old open rack made the entryway look busy, so the concealed setup is a big improvement. After a month of daily use, the flip doors are still moving smoothly and nothing feels loose.

One chrome handle sits a touch crooked, which annoys my fussy eye. Kept it though, because the cabinet looks neat and gets the shoes off our narrow hall floor.

Not quite like the photo

The grey looked much warmer on my screen than it does in our hall. One flip door catches slightly, while the other two move smoothly. It still hides the shoes and fits the narrow spot. For the price, I expected a more even finish.

The shoe mess had been doing my head in for months. I ordered this on a late night impulse and half expected it to feel bulky. Not at all. The narrow shape sits grand in the hall, the fronts close smoothly, and I leave post on top. One pair of big shoes takes up more room than I reckoned, but I am still delighted with it.

I checked dimensions many time because entry is very narrow. Cabinet fits good and doors open smooth.

Was surprise how elegant it looks in small cloakroom. Is narrow, doors tilt easy and all daily shoes are not visible now.

A fair three stars

Six pairs fit if the shoes are reasonably compact. Larger footwear uses the tier space quickly, so our full rotation does not go in. The cabinet itself is pleasantly slim and the concealed look is much better than an open rack.

Price felt fair, but the storage is less generous for my shoes than I expected. My bulky trainers take much space, so I fit four pairs comfortably, not six. The cabinet itself looks tidy and I like having the footwear hidden. I kept it, just check the type of shoes you need to store.

We needed storage beside bedroom door where space is very little. It goes there perfect and six pairs are finally away from floor.

The color is a touch cooler than my screen showed, yet it works beautifully beside our pale walls.

First time I buy cabinet only for shoes, normally they stay under bench. The slim form is much better for small apartment. Doors hide everything and top is useful for keys bowl. Very pleased because entrance now feels finished.

I measured our hallway first and chose this because the narrow footprint looked the least intrusive. It sits neatly without swallowing the walkway. Just leave enough room in front for the compartments to tilt open.

Could the finish be better?

The white panels look smart from across the hall. Up close, the middle handle sits slightly unevenly on mine. Useful cabinet and a tidy shape, just not quite the polished finish I hoped for.

A tidy little win.

Delivery turned up just before we had family staying, perfect timing for once. Our entrance had become a jumble of shoes that everyone stepped over. I tucked the daily pairs into the three sections and the whole place looked calmer straight away. The flip doors move nicely, even my youngest remembers to close them. Quite delighted with it.

Pretty solid value for getting three closed compartments instead of another exposed rack. The paneled fronts look sharp and the handles don't feel fussy. My high tops need their own section, so capacity depends a lot on what you wear. Regular shoes fit fine.

Good, with one caveat...

Four months in, the flip mechanisms are still moving smoothly and the cabinet hasn't become wobbly. The black front does show dusty fingerprints quicker than I expected, but a quick wipe sorts it.

My sister moved to a small flat and I wanted useful house gift. She has no space for open rack near the door. The slim shape fitted beside her coat hooks nicely. Now her shoes are hidden and she keeps a little plant on top. She sent me photo same evening, very happy.

I measured the hallway twice because our entrance is very tight. Cabinet fits the space and does not block the door. Inside was smaller for our big shoes than I imagined. We can place four pairs comfortable, six only with flatter shoes. It is useful, just capacity not perfect for my family.

First bit of hallway furniture I have ordered online, so expectations were modest. The price seemed fair for three compartments. Trainers and smaller shoes sit away neatly, and the flip fronts are pleasingly smooth. My chunkier footwear needs more room, which is worth knowing. Still, the place looks far less studenty now.
