Destinations and delivery charges
We offer worldwide shipping to destinations currently available at checkout. Available delivery services depend on your address and the products ordered. Standard delivery costs €4.99 for orders below €60 and is free for orders of €60 or more. The local-currency equivalent and final delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery time
Allow 2 business days for order processing before dispatch, followed by 5 to 8 business days in transit. The estimated total time from order to delivery is 7 to 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery estimate and available options for your address are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active. Delivery dates are estimates and may be extended by carriers, customs, severe weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is delayed, contact us so we can investigate.
Taxes and import charges
Prices for customers in the European Union include applicable VAT. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states that they are included.
If delivery becomes unavailable
If an unexpected carrier, customs or other external issue prevents us from shipping your order to your country after purchase, we will inform you by email and cancel and fully refund the affected order to your original payment method without undue delay. If a destination is temporarily unsupported, delivery will not be offered at checkout until service resumes.
