Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Customers in the European Union also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is received.
How to Return

Email us at contact@shopavorahome.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
Ship It Back
Once your return is approved, we will email you a free prepaid return label and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Get Refunded
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 10 days.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Original packaging and included accessories must be returned with the item
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect
- Items marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty or incorrect
- Return shipping is free once the return is approved
Exchanges
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please contact us at contact@shopavorahome.com to arrange an exchange.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–3 business days to process the refund.
