01 Orders & Payment
Browse our collection, add the items you love to your cart, and head to checkout when you're ready. You'll enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirmation shortly after.
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Your payment is processed securely at checkout and we never store your card details.
Prices are automatically displayed in your local currency based on your location. Your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate at the time of purchase, so the final amount charged may vary slightly from what's shown on the site.
If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us at contact@shopavorahome.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been dispatched we're no longer able to modify or cancel it. In that case, you can return the item once it arrives in line with our returns policy.
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We never see or store your full card details — they go directly to the payment processor.
02 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Europe and to the United States. If your country isn't available at checkout, feel free to email us and we'll let you know if we can make an exception.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the item you've ordered. You'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout, and a more precise timeframe in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over €50 (or local currency equivalent). Exact costs are shown before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.
For orders shipped within the EU, all applicable taxes are included in the price you see. For orders to the United States or other destinations outside the EU, your package may be subject to local import duties or customs fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
03 Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day returns on most items. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Just email us at contact@shopavorahome.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Email us at contact@shopavorahome.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover the cost.
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at contact@shopavorahome.com within 7 days of delivery, include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
04 Products
We put a lot of care into our product photography — what you see is what you get. That said, colours and textures can look slightly different across screens, and natural materials like wood and ceramic can have subtle variations from piece to piece. If anything ever looks different from what you expected, just reach out and we'll make it right.
Our collection focuses on natural materials — bamboo, walnut, wood, ceramic, stone, and stainless steel. Each product page lists the specific materials for that item.
Not at the moment, but it's something we're looking into. For now, our products arrive in clean, minimal packaging that's already quite gift-friendly on its own.
05 Account & Contact
No, you can check out as a guest. That said, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your shipping details for next time, and access your order history.
