By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be the age of majority in your country, or have a guardian's consent, and you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Products and pricing. We do our best to display products and prices accurately, but colours, textures, and details may vary slightly on screen, and product images may be styled for presentation. Prices are shown in your local currency; for EU customers they include applicable VAT. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.
Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. Acceptance happens when your item is dispatched. We may decline or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
Shipping. Delivery is available to the destinations offered at checkout. Standard delivery costs €4.99 below €60 and is free for orders of €60 or more, or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout. Allow 2 business days for processing and 5 to 8 business days in transit: an estimated total of 7 to 10 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns and cancellations. We offer 30-day free returns with a prepaid label and no restocking fee. Withdraw from your order through your account, or email contact@shopavorahome.com. Unfulfilled items can be cancelled and fulfilled items can be returned. EU statutory withdrawal does not require a reason or prior approval, and original packaging is not a condition of that right. Damaged or defective items. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, where available, can help us investigate but are not required to exercise your statutory rights. We will provide the appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property. All content on the site (text, images, logo, product photography) belongs to Avora Home or its suppliers and may not be used without our written permission. If you submit reviews, comments, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, and display it.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of France. EU consumers keep the protections of their home country and may bring disputes before their local courts; other customers retain any mandatory rights to bring claims before courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Avora Rewards
How the rewards journey works
Avora Rewards is available in supported checkout currencies. Reward tiers are calculated using the EUR value recorded for your order; amounts shown in other currencies are converted equivalents. Your retained paid-product subtotal after product discounts and refunds determines your reward tier. Shipping, taxes, duties, gift cards, subscriptions, and Gift Wallet selections do not qualify. At €90, €150, €250, €350, and €500 in qualifying paid products, the available Gift Wallet is €20, €40, €70, €110, and €175 respectively. Only the highest qualifying tier applies.
The Gift Wallet can be used on one or several available Avora products in the same order. If the selected products cost more than the wallet, you pay the difference shown at checkout. The Gift Wallet applies only to the order in which it is unlocked, is not transferable, and has no cash value.
Future Reward Cards
Qualifying retained paid-product subtotals of €250, €350, and €500 earn one €25, €35, or €50 Reward Card for a future order with a qualifying product subtotal of at least €100, €150, or €250 respectively. Reward Cards and their minimum spends are denominated in EUR and converted by Shopify into your checkout currency at redemption; a local-currency estimate shown earlier may change with the conversion rate. Reward Cards are promotional discount codes, not cash or stored-value gift cards. They are issued to the checkout email 30 days after the qualifying order is processed and expire 60 days after issue.
Each Reward Card is single-use and sent to the earning customer. Where linked to a Shopify customer account, it is restricted to that customer. Its minimum spend is based on the qualifying product subtotal shown at checkout, excluding shipping, taxes and duties. It may combine with eligible product and delivery promotions, but not another order-level discount. Returns, cancellations, fraud flags, chargebacks, or other order adjustments before or after issue may reduce eligibility and cause an unused code to be withheld or deactivated.
Returns of Gift Wallet items
Eligible Gift Wallet items may be returned or exchanged under our standard return conditions. The portion covered by the Gift Wallet cannot be refunded in cash. For an accepted return, you may choose an exchange or receive the wallet-covered value as Avora store credit on an electronic gift card. Any top-up you paid above the wallet is refunded to the original payment method.
If a return of paid products reduces the qualifying order below its original reward tier, the corresponding Gift Wallet items must also be returned. If they are not returned, we may deduct their wallet-covered value from the monetary refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These promotional terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Damaged, defective, or non-conforming goods remain covered by the remedies and legal guarantees available under applicable law.
