Return shipping is free once the return is approved. We will email you a prepaid return label, so sending an eligible item back does not cost you anything.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect. Items marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
