The box looked fine when it arrived, but one frame piece had a visible bend. I assembled it anyway to see if it would settle. It still leaned slightly once the top shelf was loaded. The adjustable size is a clever idea and the hooks work well. Sadly I expected better condition for a new item, so I cannot give more than two stars.

The side panel arrived slightly bent, so the rack would not sit level. I adjusted it several times and checked the counter with another appliance. It still rocks when touched. I kept it because returning was inconvenient, but I am disappointed.

The colour in the photos looked a little brighter on my screen, so I wondered if it would suit the kitchen. In person it blends in grand and does not dominate the counter. I set it at the taller height because our microwave needed more room. The top now holds jars that used to live beside the sink. Even the wooden spoons have somewhere to go. A very practical buy.

The listed measurements were accurate, and the 32 cm setting suited my appliance. Adjusting the width was simple, although lining up the shelf during assembly needed patience.

Texture of shelf surface is smooth and easy for cleaning. I keep jars there and they do not slide much. Assembly took me around twenty minutes, all parts were clear.

Dimensions are accurate, and I liked having the choice of 32 cm or 37 cm height. Mine arrived with one side panel slightly bent inside the box. I managed to straighten it enough for assembly, but one foot still sits a little uneven. With jars on top it stays in place and does the job. I kept it because returning felt more trouble, though packaging could be better.

Useful with one flaw

Compared with the bulky organizer I had before, this gives me more usable room without swallowing the whole counter. One hook was fiddly to place, but thats been the only issue.
