First time ordering decor online and I was relieved the base sat flat on my table. Simple shape, no wobble, does the job.

Simple, with one snag

Wipes clean easily, although crumbs collect right against the raised edge and take an extra swipe.

Package arrived neat and tray looks same like photo. I use on kitchen island for desserts when friends visit. It feels solid and stays flat. Very beautiful without being too much.

The first one was better

My older wooden tray from a different seller felt thicker, while this one arrived with a pulled splinter along the rim. The design is nice, but I do not feel comfortable serving food on the damaged edge.

Could delivery be quicker?

Delivery dragged on and it arrived after the weekend gathering, but the tray itself is grand.

My old plastic tray always looked a bit cheap on the coffee table, while this blends in heaps better. It is narrower than that one though, so I can carry less at once.

Texture is nice, but mine has a small darker patch that was not visible in photos. Is still useful, just less even colour than I expected.

Price is good for solid wood and it does not feel flimsy. Is stable on table, and raised edge keeps my tea things in place. Finish on my piece is very smooth.

Delivery to Toronto was quicker than the estimate, and the tray arrived without a mark. I chose the larger round one for our teapot and two mugs. The raised rim is low but useful when I carry everything from the kitchen. It now lives on the coffee table with a little vase when we are not using it. Such a simple purchase, yet it has made the room feel more settled.

Made My Tea Corner Smarter

Spilled a little tea on it the first evening. I wiped it straight away and the surface stayed smooth. Really pleased with how unfussy it is.

The wood tone came up a little warmer than it looked on my phone. doesnt clash with anything though, and the minimal shape is spot on.

The natural finish caught my eye because I wanted something plain, not shiny. I keep a sugar bowl and milk jug on it beside the kettle. A damp cloth has been enough to clean the odd tea drip. It still feels smooth after several weeks. My daughter noticed it straight away and asked where it came from. Delighted with the quality.

Dimensions match the listing and the narrow width leaves space for preparing food. Raised side keeps the oil bottles together, although I wipe spills quickly to protect wood.

Why does it look so good?

It has enough weight to stay put without being a mission to lift. We use it for sauces and napkins on the dining table, then move the whole lot at once. Looks heaps tidier than the random basket we had before.

The 29 cm round size holds two coffee cups and a small plate comfortably. I expected a little more room, though it still works well on our narrow table.

SO HANDY

Clean lines, lovely natural wood.

The outer parcel looked squashed, so I expected problem. Inside, wood was completely fine. I placed the round tray on our sideboard with keys and small candle. Now the messy corner looks organised. My husband even noticed it. I am very happy with this purchase.

Sunday coffee ritual

I ordered it on impulse because our coffee table always looked messy. My wife put the candles and remote inside as soon it arrived. On weekends we clear it and use for coffee with sweet bread. The natural wood looks warm in our room and does not take too much attention. Very happy first purchase from this shop.

Surface is smooth and pleasant, only one tiny rough point near the edge.

A gift that gets used

My mam is difficult to shop for because she says she needs nothing. I picked the smaller round tray for her birthday anyway. She rang the next morning to say her tea was sitting on it by the window. Now she keeps it there every day. I had imagined it being a touch larger, but she is delighted. That matters more, really.

Good, with one caveat

The tray feels sturdy enough for a pot and a couple of cups. It is lighter than my old metal one, which makes serving easier. I would have liked the base to feel a touch heavier when used on the settee arm.

I ordered the rectangular one as a housewarming present for my brother. He normally hides gifts like this in a cupboard. This one went straight onto his kitchen island. He uses it for coffee and biscuits most mornings. Rather chuffed that I got it right.

slimmer than it looks

The 29 cm length is correct, though I did not realise how narrow 10.5 cm would feel. Still useful for two cups and looking very clean.

Packaging kept the wood protected and there was no chemical smell when I opened it.

One rough patch

Mine arrived with a rough edge, so I kept it for keys rather than using it to serve food.

Second time around

My previous tray from another brand had a chunky rim and felt awkward to carry. This one is much cleaner looking and sits flat. The finish also seems smoother around the edges. I have already used it more in a fortnight than the old one in a year.

Measurements were accurate, so the rectangular tray fits my kitchen counter just right.

Better than metal

I had metal tray before and every cup made too much noise, so wood is nicer for our morning coffee. This one is small but useful, and the edge helps when I carry it.

One corner on the rectangular version arrived slightly rough. It is not sharp, but I can feel it when picking the tray up. Otherwise the shape is practical and it sits steadily on my sideboard. Fine overall, just expected a cleaner finish for the price.

The wood grain is nicer in person, quite subtle and not at all plasticky looking. Reckon it will age well with everyday use.

Was an impulse add to my room and it actually pulled the coffee table together. The raised rim keeps the remote and coasters from wandering. Finish feels smooth in the hand. reckon the bigger round option would be better if you want to serve more than one person.
