Warm wood, clever angle

It lives on my bedside table now and holds the phone at a comfortable reading angle. Stable enough that I can tap the screen without chasing it around.

Was after something warmer looking than my previous black stand, and this has made a surprising difference. It keeps the phone at a useful angle without dominating the bedside table. reckon I will get another for the office.

Fair price and lovely wood, though a heavier tablet feels less secure than my phone.

I work from home and tend to be hard on desk accessories. After several months, the wood still looks good and the pins remain firm. I wipe it with a slightly damp cloth, then dry it straight away. No need for complicated cleaning. There is one tiny mark underneath, but you cannot see it in use.

Why did I wait so long?

Ordered it on impulse while trying to make my desk less messy. I expected a basic block of wood. What arrived feels more refined, especially around the edges and brass pieces. My phone no longer disappears under papers during calls. The angle also saves me from holding it through long videos. Small purchase, big satisfaction for me.

Desk upgrade 🌿

Visually, this was the missing piece on my desk. Plastic accessories kept making the setup feel cluttered, while the natural grain brings a calmer look. It holds the screen high enough for quick glances during calls. Simple, useful and genuinely lovely to look at.

I chose it as gift because the walnut looked dark in listing. In person mine is much lighter, so it did not suit the desk as planned. Craft is good and I kept it for kitchen use instead.

The stand I receive has one support pin sitting a little uneven. With my phone it is usable, but my tablet wobbles more than I feel comfortable. I tried changing position of the pins and it did not solve fully. Wood itself is nice and compact. Maybe mine is unlucky one, still I expected better control of finishing.

A small gift that landed well

Got this as a little birthday extra for my husband. He usually leaves his phone balanced against a mug while cooking. The stand went straight onto the kitchen counter. It looks grand there and does not take over the place. He uses it every evening now.

My previous plastic holder was more adjustable, but this wood one looks much better. Angle is comfortable for watching and phone stays secure.

Walnut and brass look right

The colour is slightly richer than it appeared on my screen, which actually suits the room better. I keep it on a narrow shelf near the kitchen and it barely takes up any space. Feels stable even with my tablet on it.

I had another wooden stand for years and thought they were all much the same. This one is noticeably tidier around the edges. The base stays planted when I scroll, which the old one never managed. Brass against walnut looks rather smart too. Very pleased, and I am not easily impressed by desk bits.
