Delivery was quicker than the estimate and the bowl reached me in perfect condition. Had it full of apples about five minutes later.

Arrived beautifully wrapped

The parcel looked a little battered, so I did worry when opening it. Inside, the bowl was packed carefully and completely fine. I ordered the 16cm one as a gift for my sister's new flat. She likes simple natural things and her face lit up when she saw the walnut grain. Now I want the larger size for myself.

Hand washing has been straightforward. I dry it after and the finish remains pleasant, no roughness so far. Practical and nice enough for Sunday lunch.

Went for the 20cm on impulse and reckon it was the right call. Holds heaps of fruit without swallowing the whole bench. It feels properly solid in the hands too.

Our dining table always looked a bit bare between meals. I put the 20cm bowl in the middle with apples and suddenly the room felt more settled. The grain has lovely movement without looking busy. It also sits properly flat, which matters with grandchildren around. Very pleased with my first wooden bowl.

For family salad, 20cm is little smaller than I imagined, though size is written correctly. Is very solid and my wife likes natural pattern very much.

Rinsed it after serving a warm grain salad and wiped it dry. Nothing clung around the rounded edge. It still looks fresh after regular use, which is all I needed.

quietly beautiful 🌿

A tiny variation in the grain caught my eye at first, then I realised that is what gives it character. It makes even an ordinary pile of pears look considered. Very pleased with how it sits in the room.

A quiet little upgrade

There was one slightly rough place beside the base. I rubbed it gently with a cloth and now barely notice. On the table it has that simple natural look I wanted.

Sadly disappointed

A rough patch near the rim showed up as soon as I unpacked it. The overall shape is pretty and the bowl sits flat, but that spot catches on the cloth whenever I clean it. I tried gentle wiping and it didn't improve. Maybe I got an unlucky one. At this price I expected a smoother finish throughout. It's usable, just not the gift-quality piece I had pictured.

Nice, with one catch

Added to cart very fast because the rounded shape looked so good, and yes, it is beautiful. Mine rocks a tiny bit on the table, not enough to return but enough that I notice.

Pretty, but mine wobbles

The inset base on mine is uneven, so it rocks slightly on a hard table and that is disappointing for the price.

Looks good with everything

Purchased as a housewarming present, then nearly kept it myself. The minimalist shape works in their modern kitchen, while the wood stops it looking too severe. Recipient uses it every day, which is probably the best verdict.

After first use I cleaned by hand with no difficulty. Water wiped away and surface stayed looking very nice. We used it again for warm vegetables next evening. The base does not move around table, which is important with children. Is practical bowl but also gives kitchen more warm feeling.

A practical second purchase

My first one was the smaller size, mainly for nuts and little side dishes. I came back for 20cm because the finish on that bowl held up well. The bigger version is better for two generous salad portions. Both sit stable, although this new one has a slightly less dramatic grain. Natural wood is never identical, so for me this is acceptable.

Fruit bowl turned centrepiece 🍐

I was meant to be replacing a chipped everyday bowl, nothing exciting. Then this arrived with a swirly patch of grain that looks almost drawn on. It holds enough fruit for the two of us without swallowing half the worktop. Friends keep asking where it came from. A very successful accidental decor purchase.
