The bamboo finish won me over.

Bought this for my partner, who somehow loses every pen on his own desk. The bamboo looked much nicer than the usual plastic organizers. We fixed it underneath in a few minutes. It slides smoothly and keeps the small clutter out of sight. He actually uses it every day, which is the real miracle.

At 13.5 cm wide, it has enough room for my small stationery without being bulky. Closed drawer keeps everything clean and is not visible from normal sitting position.

The adhesive did not grip evenly on the underside of my desk, so one corner sagged after a few days. I pressed it back firmly and have kept only light items inside since.

The measurements were spot on, but the adhesive let go from my lightly textured desk after two days. I cleaned the area beforehand, so that was frustrating. The drawer itself slid smoothly and looked decent, though it was no use to me on that surface.

A bulky branded organiser was my first attempt, and it stole far too much desk space. I replaced it with one of these in bamboo and later ordered another for my bedside table. Both drawers slide smoothly and keep small clutter out of view. Much more discreet, which was the whole point for me.

The drawer itself looks nice and the size is useful. Sadly adhesive did not stay secure beneath my desk. I cleaned the area and pressed it firmly, but one side dropped again with only a few pens inside. Perhaps my desk surface is not suitable, though I expected stronger hold. Sliding action was good before I removed it. Two stars because the wooden design is still lovely.

For the price, I expected something rather flimsy. Instead, it feels like a proper part of my desk. Pens, spare keys and the little bits that usually wander everywhere now have a home. The drawer glides nicely and disappears from sight when closed. Such a satisfying improvement.
