For the price, it gives my apartment a much more finished look. The top feels substantial and holds my books without any wobble. Gold is a touch brighter than I pictured, but still lovely.
I measured the hallway about four times and the proportions worked a treat. There is enough surface for a lamp and a couple of books without it feeling bulky. The thick top gives it heaps more presence than those flimsy consoles I kept seeing. Reckon it was a very good buy.
