Exactly the right size for my kitchen. Looks proper lovely on the shelf next to the other jars, and I can see when I'm running low on rice without opening it up. Bamboo has a really nice warm feel to it.

Grabbed this on impulse and it's been a proper winner. My flatmate knocked one of the other containers off yesterday and this one stayed put. Sliding lid works smooth every time, no sticking. Reckon the 3L size was spot on for what we needed.

Bit lighter than expected

Ordered this thinking it would feel more substantial, but honestly it's fine. The weight is less than I imagined from the photos, and the bamboo is thinner plywood rather than solid, which is a touch disappointing. That said, it sits beautifully on my open shelf and the clear panel does what it says. I've had it three weeks now and the sliding lid still glides without sticking. No complaints about durability so far.

Keen as

Heaps better than the plastic tat I was using before. Bamboo feels solid, looks the part, and the sliding lid is dead smooth. Grabbed it mainly for the look factor but turns out it's super functional too. Reckon I'll get another one.

Popped in Tesco in a rush, saw this on the shelf and grabbed it. Home, opened it, and thought, this is lovely. Simple, understated, does exactly what it says. Sits on the counter looking warm and natural. Never rushed a purchase faster.

Worth it

Bought as a gift for my sister. She sent me a photo of it sitting on her open kitchen shelf next to her other canisters and jars, it really completes the look. She says the sliding lid is the best part, no fiddling about with clip lids. Both of us happy.

Bought three of these ages ago. My kitchen still looks exactly the same because honestly why change anything. The bamboo hasn't discoloured, the clear panel is spotless, lids slide like they're brand new. Ordering more for a friend who is moving house.

Is very good quality, the bamboo is solid and not flimsy like I worry before buying. I use it for rice and pasta on my kitchen counter. The window is clear, I can see when I need to fill again. My wife is happy with how it look. Sliding lid work smooth, no problem.

Slightly smaller than I thought

The dimensions said 50 x 40 x 30 but honestly when it arrived I was surprised how compact it actually was. Not a deal-breaker, works fine for rice and lentils, but if you're thinking of a big bulk storage this isnt it. Still looks smart on the shelf.

Cosy

Such a simple thing but it makes the whole kitchen feel calmer. I bought two, one for cereals and one for pasta. The clear window means you see what's inside straightaway, no guessing. Bamboo looks natural and warm. Washing the lid is easy too.

Mum was skeptical at first, said bamboo wouldn't last. Three months on, it's still going strong, no warping, no damage. The clear window hasn't fogged up or anything. She's even bought another one now for her breakfast cereals.

Super handy

Ordered on Wednesday evening, came Friday morning. The packaging was thoughtful, everything wrapped separately. Using it for dry pasta now and it looks infinitely better than the box it came in. Lid slides with one hand while you're holding a pot or something else. Brilliant design.

Much better than the plastic tubs I had before

I bought three of these to replace a jumble of mismatched plastic containers that made my cupboard look chaotic. The bamboo frames are warm and much nicer to look at, and because you can see inside each one, I'm not buying duplicate pasta anymore. I washed the label card holder and the lid under warm soapy water after unpacking and everything dried fine. The seal isn't airtight so it's best for things you use regularly, but for everyday cereals and grains it's perfect. Very pleased.

Brilliant. Compact.

Good but not amazing

I expected the window to be thicker glass. It is a bit thin and I worry about breaking it if I drop it. Otherwise the canister is fine. Bamboo construction is solid, the capacity suits my needs, and the sliding mechanism works well. Not worth returning but would have appreciated slightly more robust glass.

The colour in the photo is spot on

I was nervous buying online because sometimes bamboo photographs darker or lighter than it really is. This arrived and the warm natural tone matched the website picture perfectly. Now I have three of them lined up on my open shelving and they're all the same shade. Very pleased.

Exactly what i needed

I was organizing my new kitchen and needed something practical but also nice to look at. This ticks both boxes. Bamboo fits with my aesthetic, the window is functional, and the 3L capacity is perfect for storing my coffee beans and pasta. No complaints whatsoever.

Grand bit of kit. Arrived quick enough, looks nice on the counter. The only thing is the label card slot is a bit finicky when you're trying to slide a label in with one hand, but once it's in you're golden. Still delighted with it for the price.

Very nice product. The color of bamboo is light and natural, make kitchen look modern and clean. I use for rice. One small thing, the label holder is a bit loose, sometimes the label slide out, but is not big problem. Everything else is perfect.

I am very happy with this canister. Is look like premium quality but is not expensive. The bamboo is smooth and the glass window is clear. I use for pasta and cereal. Very easy to open the lid. My kitchen is now very neat and organized.

Bought this because my old plastic containers were looking tired and cheap. This is completely different. Natural bamboo, clear glass, slides smooth. In my kitchen now is more beautiful. The label holder is nice, I put the name of each food. Very happy with quality.

Beautiful and works great

I buy this for my mum, she is very happy. The window is clear, I can see inside very good. The bamboo is natural color, very warm in the kitchen. Sliding lid is smooth, no problems. My mum says thank you, is perfect for her pantry.

packaging could be better

Item arrived with some deep creases in the bamboo frame, probably from being stacked in the box. I've left it standing in sunlight for a few days and some have faded but they're still visible if you look close. Works fine, seals alright, but for the price I'd have expected better padding.

Grand bit of kit, but be careful with the lid

Lovely aesthetic, does what it's meant to do. I was storing porridge oats and protein powder in here, swapped them round twice without issue. The bambo is decent quality, no splinters or rough edges. Only thing is I caught the sliding lid on a shelf corner coming down and put a small gouge in it, my own fault really. For the price point it's decent enough for a kitchen that wanted to tidy up. Happy with the purchase.
