After washing, it stayed shiny and clean, although a few drops sit inside the scoop unless I dry it.

I wanted the clip for a thick folded coffee bag. It grips at first, then slowly slides off. The spoon part works fine and the steel feels decent. On a thinner packet it may be okay. For my usual coffee, it is not doing the storage job I needed.
